Editorial Staff

William(Bill) Pike is Editor-in-chief and Editorial Director. Prior to joining Hart, Bill was European editor, international editor and editor at two respected energy journals. He worked nearly 20 years in the upstream industry and has served as a technical and economic consultant to operators, service and supply companies, and governments worldwide. Bill holds a P.H.D from the University of Aberdeen.

Rhonda Duey, Senior Editor- Exploration, joined Hart in 1995 and has specialized in exploration, exploitation, and production activity. She has worked on several publications, including Hart’s Oil and Gas World, one of the predecessors to E&P.

Judy Maksoud, Executive Editor, joined Hart in 2007. She has BA degrees in English and History and an MA in English. Judy has 15 years of industry experience, including work in the seismic and drilling fluids sectors. She was the International Editor for Offshore magazine for six years, during which she covered global exploration and production activities. Judy covers offshore operations for E&P.

Tayvis Dunnahoe, Associate Editor, graduated with honors from the University of Houston. He gained experience editing online content for Schlumberger’s Oilfield Review before joining the E&P editorial team in 2007.
